The hair loss work is set up as a program. A consultation, held in person or virtually, includes microscopic hair and scalp analysis, a review of medical history, lifestyle and hair care habits, lab work, and a recommended treatment plan. Programs are then customized and may pair weekly in-spa treatments with a daily regimen at home, and virtual plans are available for those who can't come in. Anyone unsure can start with a free 15-minute Explore Session. The program is aimed at people experiencing hair loss, including those linked to hormone imbalance, PCOS, nutrient deficiency or medications.

At the salon, color ranges from touch-ups for roots, sides and edges through semi-permanent and permanent color and highlights or lowlights. Cuts run from clipper cuts with optional design lines to designer cuts and shampoo-and-style services suited to relaxed or natural hair. Specialty services include relaxers, The Werx, and the SilkOut Taming Treatment with haircut. New clients who want permanent color need an in-person Color Consultation first, and tape-in extensions require a Zoom consultation before booking.

Hair loss care is customized after the consultation and may combine weekly in-spa treatments with a daily home regimen. Salon services are priced as starting points that depend on hair length and density.
