The menu is long and includes several complimentary services at no charge: a haircut, blowout, hair treatment and scalp massage. A Luxury Haircut Package at $135 includes a wash, a five-minute scalp massage and a haircut with styling, and takes 55 minutes with a $10 deposit. Many color and extension services are priced after a consultation, and color and extension consultations are free.
Color work is scheduled with time in mind. Balayage takes 210 minutes and partial balayage takes 75 minutes. Balayage and color correction appointments need a full open day and can run up to six hours. Color correction takes 45 minutes with a $15 deposit, and box color removal is $50 per hour. Extension services include maintenance from $45, removal from $80, weft move-ups at $95 and extension blowouts and washes at $68.
Booking has several policies to know. Clients are asked to cancel at least 24 hours ahead and to confirm their appointments, and unconfirmed appointments may be canceled. A card on file is needed, and a no-show without a valid card incurs a 50% non-refundable charge or, in some cases, a 100% non-refundable payment toward a future appointment. A deposit is required for the next appointment after a no-show, and a second no-show leads to a ban from online booking. Children are not allowed, and no refunds are given on services provided. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
Many color and extension services are priced after a consultation, and consultations for color and extensions are offered at no charge.
