The menu is built around color. Blonding includes full and partial blonde services, a lived-in balayage and brightening services for brunettes and redheads. Color services range from a quick base retouch for regrowth of an inch or less to dimensional lowlighting that includes root color, and there is a color correction service priced by the hour that requires a consultation before booking. The studio uses a naturally derived hair color line.

Curly hair is a focus. Curly services follow the Ouidad curl method. New guests book a longer curly transformation that includes a curl assessment, a custom cut, a detox, styling and product education, while returning curly clients can book a signature curl haircut. Curl styling and a curl repair treatment are also offered.

The studio also offers Bellami hair extensions in tape-in, I-tip, K-tip, weft and sewn-in styles. Extensions are placed close to the scalp to add length and volume, and consultation, placement, maintenance and removal are all charged hourly.

For smoothing, the studio offers two Cezanne keratin treatments, which the salon describes as free of toxic chemicals. The salon notes that Cezanne is not a relaxer, and it expects the Classic treatment to last up to five months and the Express to last up to ten weeks with proper care.

Policies are straightforward. Clients keep a card on file, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged half the reserved amount, and no-shows are charged in full and cannot book future appointments. Services are not refunded. Haircut and color corrections are assessed in person, and adjustments made within one week of the original service are free, while a change of mind is charged as a new service. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or custom amounts and are final sale.

The studio customizes color and styling for each client and leans on naturally derived color and vegan conditioning products.
