Clients can book a complimentary virtual consultation, and consultations are free for skin and body treatments and for cosmetic injectables at every location. In-person skin consultations are also available. New clients booking an in-person or virtual consultation pay a $60 deposit that is credited toward a later service or product, but it is non-refundable and cannot be moved if the visit is cancelled late or missed. Facial options run from HydraFacial tiers, including a 15-minute Express session offered before nurse services, a 30-minute Customized session with LED light therapy, a full-hour Platinum session with a targeted booster, and a 90-minute Diamond session with lymphatic drainage, to laser and light work such as Lumecca IPL, IPL photofacials, erbium YAG laser resurfacing and Q-Switch laser. Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling for the face and neck is offered at the Westchester location, and Pixel8 RF microneedling and fractionated erbium YAG laser are offered in Westport. For the body, Accufit is a non-invasive muscle stimulation treatment for the arms, thighs, abdomen, flanks and buttocks, and Emszero bodysculpting comes with a complimentary trial session. Hair services include PRP, Keravive, Procell Hair and scalp micropigmentation.

Payment is expected before or at the time of service and can be made in cash, by major credit card, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App or Apple Pay, and gift cards and online vouchers are available. A treat-now, pay-later option is offered with pre-approval and payment plans. Unopened skin care products can be returned within 15 days for spa credit but are not refunded in cash.
