Chemical services include perms with a haircut and blow dry, Brazilian blowout or keratin smoother treatments, and Japanese thermal straightening. The salon lists color highlights, multi-color foil, color correction, texture work, perms, relaxers and Brazilian blowouts among its services.

Japanese straightening takes four to five hours, depending on hair length and condition, and uses the UNwindIT system by Paul Brown of Hawaii. A consultation is required first to confirm suitability, and hair that has a relaxer cannot be treated at this time. The result lasts until new growth, with touch-ups suggested every six to twelve months. Clients are asked not to wash or wet their hair for 48 hours afterward and to avoid clips, bobby pins, hair bands, ponytails and heavy sweating such as exercise or steam rooms. Color or highlights can be added later, with waiting time varying by client. Keratin straightening is a semi-permanent option that lasts up to four months, and clients with keratin straightening are asked not to use sodium chloride shampoo.

Appointments are booked online through Vagaro at any hour, with no credit card required, and Vagaro sends email and text reminders. Posted hours are Monday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, and the last Sunday of the month 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The studio says its prices are the best in the building but notes that best price does not mean cheap. Retail products sold at the studio are priced 10% below suggested manufacturer retail.
