The color menu runs from quick refreshes to larger changes. Full Custom Color covers highlights, balayage, root color or combinations, and includes a customized treatment, scalp massage, blowout and style. Custom Color Maintenance keeps highlights or balayage looking fresh between bigger visits and is not meant for color transformations. Mini Custom Color suits face-framing highlights or a quick brightening, and is finished with a blowout. Global Blonding handles an on-scalp bleach retouch or an all-over platinum blonde. Color Retouch covers gray coverage or root refreshes and can include an all-over option to refresh ends, and Gloss Refresh is a toner service that revives faded color, neutralizes tones or boosts shine. Custom Vivid Hair Color is also offered, and new vivid guests complete a consultation first.

New guests booking Full Custom Color get extra time for an in-depth consultation. New guests, guests unsure whether their hair suits platinum, and guests more than five weeks past their last retouch are asked to book a consultation for Global Blonding. Extension installations for new clients require a consultation and a deposit before hair is ordered. Extension maintenance covers wefts removal, a scalp cleanse, a nourishing treatment, blowout, reinstallation and style.

Open Monday to Wednesday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, with Friday and Saturday running 9 AM to 4 PM. The salon is shut on Sundays. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes after their booking time may be unable to be seen. Changes to an appointment need to be made at least 48 hours in advance. A missed visit, or a cancellation made inside that 48-hour window, brings a charge of half the booked service's price, billed to the card held on file. In-store Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings priced from $50 to $4,000, and it must be approved before the appointment.

Appointments are personalized and aimed at long-term results. The salon names education, connection and comfort as central to its work.
