Services cover hair, nails, waxing and piercings. Hair work includes long layering, bangs, fades, beard and mustache trimming, hair extensions with haircut and styling, hair colouring, highlights and perms, with wax removal listed among its hair treatments. Waxing covers eyebrows, face, legs, arms and back for men and women, and bikini area waxing for women. Waxing is done in a private partitioned room. Manicures and pedicures are available, and pedicure guests are given single-use flip-flops. Ear, nose, eyebrow and belly piercings are offered.

Appointments are preferred, though walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows. Clients are asked to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early. Deposits range from $5 to $20 and are paid through Zelle when booking, and larger or long services may require a prepayment of 50% to 100%. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours ahead by phone. Under-18s may only have their earlobes pierced, and a parent or guardian must be present for minors' hair dyeing, perms and piercings.
