Threading is the salon's signature service. It is done with 100% cotton thread, and the menu covers single areas as well as full-face and full-face-plus-chin sets. Coarse hair threading carries an added charge of about $10 to $20.

Waxing uses hard and soft wax depending on the area and hair type. Services take place in private wax rooms, and each waxing applicator is used once and then discarded, so nothing is dipped twice. The salon also states it follows strict sanitation practices with single-use applicators, and describes its hygiene and cleanliness as medical-grade.

The facial menu runs from a 25-minute Express Facial to a 90-minute HydraFacial, which cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates. The salon says its HydraFacial uses a patented protocol. Facial add-ons include Vitamin C Brightening, Moisture Infusion, a Detoxifying Treatment, an Anti-Aging Protocol, Microdermabrasion and LED Light Therapy, which is offered by consultation.

Hair services include women's and men's cuts, color and highlights, balayage, blowouts and styling, deep conditioning, and keratin treatments. Hair retexturing for smoothing or straightening starts at $360 and takes about three hours. Color consultations are recommended before booking, especially for first-time or corrective color.

Henna is applied with all-natural henna paste in traditional, modern and Arabic-style designs, and clients can bring their own design. Pricing runs from a $10 extra-small design to custom or bridal work at $75 per hour. Henna is also available at events, with a two-hour minimum per artist, and several artists can be booked together. Bridal and event henna should be booked two to three weeks ahead. Bridal hair and makeup is available by consultation.

Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and to give 24 hours' notice for cancellations. The salon accepts walk-ins, serves all skin types, and welcomes children subject to its children's safety policy. It does not sell client information and does not take payment details through its website.
