Pricing is set by stylist level, so prices vary. The listed figures are starting prices and can change with the time needed, the products used and the stylist. Women's haircuts start at $125 with master stylists, $95 with senior stylists and $75 with junior stylists. Balayage starts at $175 per hour with master stylists, and full highlights start at $275 with master stylists. Keratin and Brazilian blowout treatments start at $500 with master stylists. Extension pricing is set during a personalized consultation with an extension specialist, and new extension clients need that consultation first. Facial pricing includes a complimentary skin consultation. Booking requires a credit card on file for new and existing clients. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the booked services. Deposits apply to the service when the appointment is completed and are not refunded if canceled, though they may go toward a future visit. Services are not refunded, and unopened products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Accepted payment is major credit cards and cash, and gratuity is accepted by cash, Venmo or Zelle. Checks are not accepted, color estimates are not given over the phone, children who are not having a service are asked not to come in, and pets are not allowed.
