The studio is in suite 8 of a plaza at 759 East 200th Street in Euclid, with free parking right out front. Tamika Henderson owns the studio and styles clients herself. The studio describes itself as ultra-premium and says it keeps a strict booking model.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM and Saturday from 6 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays. The site also notes that appointments on Sunday and Monday are charged double the standard rate.

Sew-in and pronto installs do not include hair. Hair is matched and pre-ordered through Thr1ve Luxe hair, and install appointments are scheduled once that hair arrives. Clients who already have a Thr1ve Luxe install can book maintenance visits, and a three-month membership covers one maintenance visit plus removal of the install.

Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Rescheduling with at least 48 hours' notice lets the deposit move to a new date once; inside 48 hours or for a no-show, the deposit is kept. Late cancellations are charged half the service cost and no-shows the full cost. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be shortened or moved to another day.

Clients are asked not to wash their hair beforehand because the wash is part of the service, and to detangle before arriving. Extremely thick or matted hair may carry an extra fee, which is quoted before work begins. Phone calls go outside the suite, and clients are asked to keep language clean while inside.

The studio says it focuses on clinical hair restoration, natural hair care and long-term follicular health. Its virtual consultation reviews hair history, current topicals, lifestyle and wellness habits to look at the root cause of hair and scalp concerns.

The studio describes its setting as serene.
