Stylists are grouped into three levels: Junior, Senior and Master. According to the salon, Junior Stylists have studied alongside Master Stylists and met the salon's standards for hair services, and Senior Stylists have been tested and approved by Master Stylists. Master Stylists average eight or more years behind the chair. Junior prices are expected to run $30 to $50 below Master prices and Senior prices $10 to $30 below, while Junior and Senior appointments may take longer than a Master appointment. Prices depend on hair density and length, stylist level and location, and guests receive a quote during the consultation.

Beyond cuts, color and styling, the salon offers expert waxing and gift cards, and sells Davines hair care products through its online shop, where orders over $75 ship free. Continuing education is part of the business: the salon provides training every quarter with educators from around the world. Some Master Stylists work with assistants and may double-book, and guests can ask for a Master Stylist who does not double-book.

Clients can book online by picking a location, date and time, then filling in a brief form with their contact information. The salon confirms bookings by email or text. Cancelling, moving or missing an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice may lead to a booking fee for future visits. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment moved to another time.
