Styles are offered for hair, but wig installs and sew-ins are not included, and midback-length styles are not offered. Hair colors 1, 1B, 2 and 4 are included in styles, and any colored hair needs to be noted when booking.

Bookings are made in advance: appointments need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day appointments require prior contact and approval. Appointments can be rescheduled or transferred once. Deposits are non-refundable unless the stylist cancels, and they can only be transferred at the time of a cancellation or reschedule. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late have their appointment canceled, and the deposit is kept. Refunds are not offered, and no extra guests are allowed at appointments.

To prepare, clients should arrive with hair washed, blow dried and free of oil. Styles cannot be altered once done. The appointment address and confirmation are emailed after booking. The remaining balance is paid in cash only; Zelle, Cash App and PayPal are not accepted for it.

Additional fees apply to certain bookings. Last-minute or squeeze-in appointments add $50, late appointments for longer styles add $50, and Sunday appointments add $75, with fees stacking when they overlap. Last-minute rescheduling within 24 hours carries a $25 fee, and last-minute cancellations are charged the full service price.
