The menu is grouped into brow services and waxing. Brow services include a $25 tweeze that takes about 20 minutes, a $25 wax and fill finished with luxury brow products, a $30 brow tint, and a $50 wax and tint. Brow lightening with wax is $55 and lightens brows up to three shades, a result the studio says lasts four to six weeks. A $65 wax and henna stain uses henna that lasts up to two weeks on skin and up to six weeks on brow hair. Lamination and shape is $100 and includes waxing, and the $115 lamination, shape and tint adds a tint as well. Waxing add-ons for the chin, upper lip or sides are $10 each and take about 10 minutes.

Hours are Wednesday to Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 12 PM to 4 PM. The studio is closed Monday and Tuesday.

Bookings require a valid card on file. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 100% of the service cost, and same-day reschedules are treated as late cancellations and charged the full fee. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which an appointment counts as a cancellation. A late cancellation or reschedule with communication may be given as a one-time credit if rebooked within seven days. If a charge fails, online booking is restricted until the balance is resolved.
