Each session begins with an intake form, which must be completed before any spa visit, and includes a consultation with the therapist. Clients are draped during treatment. Client information is kept confidential and is released only with written authorization.
The menu extends beyond massage to facials, several kinds of waxing, reiki, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage with post-operative packages. Chair and dry massage are available as express options for group parties and corporate events.
Booking deposits range from $25 to $100 and are non-refundable; they go toward the balance of services on the day of or before the appointment. A same-day cancellation requires full payment or an extra $20 added to the next appointment, and a 48-hour cancellation carries a $50 fee or the same $20 addition. Appointments are not double booked, and clients more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule. The business accepts HSA and flexible spending cards.
Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Mobile visits carry a travel fee on top of the massage price, scaled by distance from $25 for up to 10 miles to $100 for 41 to 50 miles one way.
