Facial work is built around customized treatments and a selected range of skincare brands, with the stated aim of visible results. Skincare specialists consult with each client to recommend a facial, and the facials are described as addressing clogged pores, dry skin, acne and aging. Options run from a signature facial and dermaplaning to Omega Green, deep pore, rejuvenation and microneedling sessions. Hydrafacial treatments are tailored with a booster and include LED light therapy, and the menu offers several add-ons. Medical-grade chemical peels, described as non-invasive, remove the outer layer of damaged skin and are tailored after a consultation. Brow and lash services include brow waxing, tinting and lamination, lash lifts and tints, classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions, and semi-permanent microblading and powder brows.

Laser treatments use the Aerolase Neo Elite and begin with a free consultation, after which a customized plan and pricing are reviewed. Payment plans are available for laser plans. The spa says the device can treat more than 30 skin concerns and describes the treatments as pain-free with minimal to no downtime. Offerings include Acne NeoClear, which the spa describes as an FDA-cleared acne laser that does not touch the skin, along with hyperpigmentation and rosacea treatments, laser hair removal and ingrown hair removal. Massage therapy is provided by licensed therapists and covers Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, prenatal, lymphatic and couples sessions. The Works is a package of about two hours that includes a 90-minute massage, foot and face and scalp massage, warm towels, aromatherapy and a complimentary glass of champagne.

Booking is available online, and a deposit is required when you book. The spa recommends calling two to three weeks ahead for many services. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, or 20 to 30 minutes early for microblading and microneedling so numbing can take effect. Arriving more than 15 minutes late requires rescheduling, forfeits the deposit and requires a new one. Deposits are refunded only when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. Gratuity is not included in prices, and 18 to 20 percent is suggested. The spa is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and is closed Monday and Sunday.

There is on-site parking, and the building is wheelchair accessible, with a ramp from the lot to the back door and treatment rooms on the first floor. The treetop lounge can be reserved for events by calling the spa. Children are discouraged so the space stays quiet and peaceful. The spa does not have a sauna or offer nail services. Gift cards are available. Cherry, a buy-now-pay-later service for health and wellness purchases, is accepted. According to the spa, applying takes about 60 seconds with no hard credit check, 0% APR options are available subject to eligibility, interest-bearing plans start at 5.99% APR, approvals go up to $30,000, and there are no hidden fees.
