Permanent makeup includes microblading, microshading, ombre microshading, combination brows, permanent eyeliner and lip blushing. Facials are performed by licensed estheticians and range from a teen facial to a Hydrafacial, with medical-grade options such as chemical peels, microneedling and dermaplaning. Body contouring, waxing, facial threading, teeth whitening, foot detox and makeup for events and weddings are also available.

The spa launched Pink Caviar University in 2019 to provide continuing education for estheticians and cosmetologists in lash artistry, permanent makeup and body sculpting. The business reports that the university has trained 4,822 students across 23 courses. A franchise model was introduced in 2020, and the company says franchise opportunities are available.

The spa is open Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and is closed Sundays. Online booking requests are not confirmed until an acceptance email or text arrives, usually within 24 to 48 hours. A card on file or a non-refundable deposit secures appointments, and appointment reminders are sent by email and text.
