A visit starts with a consultation for Sisterlocks and microloc installs, and new clients need one as well. Prices are starting points; the final figure depends on length, density, condition and style and is confirmed after review. Hair should arrive clean, freshly shampooed and thoroughly air dried, free of oils, conditioners, leave-ins and edge control for installs. Booking is online through Booksy, with a 50% deposit to secure an approved appointment and the balance due at the visit. Guests are not permitted at appointments.

Beyond locs, the salon offers men's styles and braids such as invisible locs, twists, single braids and crochet braids, plus chemical services for men and women including relaxers, curly perms and Wave Nouveau or curl texturizer. Natural hair services cover washing, steam treatments, blowdry, detangling and dematting, trims, hot oil treatments and apple cider vinegar detox.

The Gemz2Tite smile bar adds Swarovski tooth gems and teeth whitening. The whitening treatment uses a 16% peroxide gel with a whitening light, offered in 30- and 60-minute sessions.
