Booking works differently for cuts and color. Cutting services can be booked online up to three months ahead, while color is booked by phone. New clients need a complimentary consultation before any color service, and exact quotes are given at that visit. Clients booking only a cut should choose the Cut with Consultation option online. A credit card is required to secure appointments, and clients are asked to arrive five minutes early. Confirmations are sent by text and email 72 hours before each visit. Appointments can't be canceled online, so clients call or email, and missed appointments without at least 48 hours' notice are billed for the missed services. Same-day appointments are not usually available, so advance booking is preferred.
The salon is known for transformations, vivid colors and balayage, and it specializes in modern custom color and cutting. Every stylist is trained in advanced Framesi Master Coloring and Precision Cutting. Treatments are chosen according to each client's hair needs, and options include smoothing and straightening services, a leaf and flower treatment and a collagen treatment. Children's services are priced the same as adult services, and gift cards can be bought online and sent by email or printed.
