The business uses a hypoallergenic hard wax, which it says suits very sensitive skin and coarse hair. Brazilian and bikini services can be paired with a Vagacial Mask add-on, which lists aloe, hyaluronic acid and green tea extract among its ingredients.

Brazilian and bikini waxes are best booked once hair has grown about 2 to 3 weeks past the last shave, and underarm service needs at least 2 weeks of growth for a first wax. Brow and facial services ask that clients not be using topical retinoids, and waiver forms list the contraindications.

Appointments are confirmed by text 72 hours ahead, and clients are asked to confirm or cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged the full booked amount, as may a no call, no show. Late arrivals may not receive some or all of the booked services and may be charged as a cancellation. Apple Pay, cash and major debit and credit cards are accepted, with a 3.5% convenience fee on non-cash payments.
