The color menu runs from a demi-permanent glaze and single-process root retouches to hand-painted balayage, custom highlights and lowlights, and a multi-hour blonding service. A consultation is required before BLONDE XX, which the studio uses to confirm the process suits the client's hair, and a free consultation is offered in person or virtually.

Cutting services include a signature cut with refreshed ends and styling, a men's scissor cut for short hair, a children's cut for ages 8 and under, a curl-by-curl cut for curly hair and a bang-and-face-frame refresh. Styling options include a blowout with round brush styling and optional waves or a flat iron finish. Treatments range from a short scalp session and bond-building treatment to a keratin smoothing service that softens texture and reduces frizz.

The studio is gratuity-free, so tipping is not expected. It says its pricing is upfront and easy to understand. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours of notice, and shorter-notice changes may be charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in fixed amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.
