The menu spans haircuts, color, blowouts, event styling, extensions, lash extensions, facials, waxing and makeup. Facials range from a 30-minute teen cleansing facial to 90-minute options such as the Hydradermie lift, which uses microcurrent, and the Hydra Beaute, which combines hydration and peeling. Bridal hair and makeup are offered both at the salon and off-site for brides and bridal parties.

Color is priced a la carte and may require add-ons, and extra time or product can change the final price. The head spa menu offers two options. Yume Head Spa is a nine-step session drawing on Japanese methods, focused on scalp massage, stimulation and relaxation. It runs through a consultation, a detox, a mist, cleansing, a scalp treatment, nourishing, face and décolletage massage, balancing, and a closing step. Clinical Head Spa covers all nine Yume steps and adds an expert scalp analysis and a customized treatment; a certified trichologist provides it. According to the salon, its head spa staff trained with New York City specialists who studied directly under Japanese masters, and the salon describes itself as the only one in the area with that training.
