Billie

Billie is Salon Manager and Senior Artist at Frank Anthony and has worked there since 1995. She specializes in all color, including highlights, single process and double process color, and also handles color corrections, men's color and beard tinting. Her listed specialties include baby lights and soft, natural, seamless color, and her signature work covers highlights, balayage and color. She has trained through seminars with Gina Khan, Beth Minardi, Sonya Dove and Nancy Braun, and keeps learning through ongoing education offered by the salon and outside sources.
