The team includes the owner, Shawna, along with color and styling professionals and an esthetician. Appointments can be booked by calling the main line at 407 790 4739 or by contacting a stylist or the esthetician directly. Walk-ins are welcome when there is open availability. If you do not have a stylist yet, the main line can match you with one. Pricing and services vary by stylist, and each stylist has favorite products that you can ask about.

Hair services cover cuts, blowdries and styling, special occasion styling, and textured hair work. Color is offered for new color, existing color, and everything in between, with corrective color available. Smoothing treatments use Plastica dos Fios and GK keratin. Extensions come in several types, and perms are offered on request. Permanent jewelry is chosen by the client and welded on during a booked appointment. Eyebrow and facial waxing, brow lamination, and brow and lash tinting are offered with Amanda Goff.

Chairs can be rented by the week for $250, and shorter day rentals are also available. Each rental includes alarm access, WiFi, and storage, along with towels and a drink service. Renters are supplied with waxing materials for facial work, tinting dishes shared among the room, and the brushes and bottles needed for color. Renters also receive branding and signage, plus access to the salon's social media accounts. Renters choose their own hours.

The salon says its stylists keep up with newer trends and that it uses current products and techniques.
