Extensions are a central part of the salon, which describes itself as Orlando's hair extensions experts. Methods include hand-tied extensions (Invisible Bead, Habit and Natural Beaded Row), tape-in, fusion, micro-bead, Great Lengths and sew-in extensions for ethnic hair. The salon says it was the first certified in Invisible Bead hand-tied extensions and that its extension stylists are trained and certified through almost all of the major brands. A consultation is required before any extension service. Installation is usually booked a couple of days after the consultation so the hair can arrive. Hair is paid for when it is ordered and labor is paid separately. Starting prices are per pack and do not include hair, and hand-tied extensions are priced per row.

Color work covers balayage, partial and full highlights, babylights, foiliage, ombre and sombre, color melt, shadow root blends, color correction and lived-in color. Some stylists are certified in advanced balayage through several academies, and the salon says five of its stylists were among the first in the US certified in Lived-In Color, a technique developed by Ramirez-Tran. Pulp Riot and Pravana Vivids cover vivid to pastel shades, and the salon says it was Orlando's first Pulp Riot salon. Bond builders B3 and Olaplex can be added during lightening, usually for about 20 to 30 dollars more. Glaze, a demi-permanent shine service, typically lasts about four weeks. Substantial color changes may need more than one visit. Hair with metallic or henna color can melt when lightened, so clients should disclose any such products or home lightening, which may cost more and cannot be guaranteed.

Texture and smoothing services include perms and body waves, relaxers, Japanese straightening, Hair Botox by Inoar, and several smoothing treatments such as keratin, Keratin Complex, Brazilian Blowout and Agave Oil. The salon says smoothing treatments reduce frizz and blow-dry time and suit color-treated, chemically processed and bleached hair, though results are estimated and depend on hair type and aftercare. Agave Oil is formaldehyde-free according to the salon, needs hair at least 4 to 5 inches long, and calls for avoiding perms, relaxers and straighteners for two weeks before the appointment. Yuko Japanese straightening is permanent, takes about 5 to 7 hours, and is the one smoothing service that requires an in-salon consultation. Design services include women's, men's and children's cuts, blowouts, special occasion styles, bridal trial updos and day-of-wedding upstyles. Deva Cuts are done dry, with each curl cut individually at an angle and a curl coaching session plus a personalized home-care product plan.

The salon says it is the home of the Orlando Magic Dancers, and its stylists did the hair makeovers and styling for the 2017-2018 Orlando Magic Dancer photo shoot. According to the salon, Orlando Magazine has listed it as Best Hair Salon in Orlando each year from 2008 through 2025, and New Beauty Magazine has named it a 5 Star Beauty Destination in multiple years from 2005 through 2025. Refunds are generally not offered; clients who are unhappy with a result are asked to tell their stylist within a week so adjustments can be arranged. Unused salon product purchases can be returned within 14 days with the original receipt.

Clients are encouraged to book a consultation before any service to ask questions, talk through price and share photos. Aftercare products are recommended with color, extensions and smoothing treatments.
