The salon's focus is long-term hair health rather than rushed appointments or quick fixes. Every service starts from the condition of the hair and scalp, and the team is open about what can realistically be achieved between visits.

From there, clients book cuts, wash and style services, twists, rod and roller sets, or treatments such as K18, protein or steam conditioning, with Growth Therapy light therapy available as an add-on.

The salon also takes wig and sew-in clients, including wig washing and styling, braid downs, glueless wig installs, U-part wig services and a wash-included sew-in with minimal leave-out. Kids' services are for children 12 and under, and children must stay supervised in the salon at all times.

Booking involves a non-refundable deposit, a card on file, and disclosure of hair, scalp, allergy and health information. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 7 PM. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
