The menu covers blowouts and special occasion styling, relaxers, single and double process color, highlights, keratin treatments, silk presses, haircuts, twist sets, and scalp and deep conditioning treatments.

Extensions are a major part of the menu. Installations cover quick-weaves and tape-in extensions, with a tape-in consultation first; the consultation fee is applied toward the installation. Maintenance visits are recommended every four to six weeks, and there are takeout and blowout services for existing extensions, including a scalp cleanse during the blowout. Wardrobe consultations are also offered for clients who want guidance beyond the hair.

Before booking some services, the studio asks for a consultation. A color consultation is a short 15-minute visit that gives a time and price estimate, and double process color requires one before booking. Cancellations or reschedules requested less than 24 hours ahead carry a fee of half the booked services, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Monday through Sunday with shorter hours on Wednesday through Friday and on the weekend.
