Color is a large part of the work. Redken color is used, which the salon describes as ammonia free. Color retouches are priced to cover about 1.5 inches of regrowth on average, and longer regrowth may add a charge. Corrective color usually takes more than one visit and is planned in a consultation first, as are any vivid colors. Coloring and chemical services can carry extra product charges and extra time depending on hair thickness or length.

Skin and body services include a Tulasāra facial and a botanical resurfacing treatment that uses tourmaline gemstone. A perfecting plant peel can be added to a facial; the salon says it performs like a 30% glycolic peel without the associated redness and irritation. Lash lifts with tint use Elleebana products and last roughly 6 to 8 weeks, and brow lamination with tint lasts about 4 to 6 weeks. Pedicures use Footlogix products, and shellac polish cannot be removed during a pedicure.

Consultations are free and encouraged. Appointments should be cancelled or moved with at least 24 hours notice, by phone or online rather than by leaving a message. A credit card is needed to hold services longer than one hour. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 50% of the service price. Guests get one grace appointment a year for last-minute changes. Clients who are unhappy with a service should say so at the visit or within 7 days, and redo requests must come within 48 hours, since corrective services are not offered after 7 days. Retail products can be returned within 7 days for in-salon credit only. The salon may refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately toward staff.
