The hair menu runs from cuts and all-over color to root retouches, full head foils and Brazilian Blowouts, with tape-in extensions and repair treatments also offered. Haircut prices step up by length and texture, with a clipper cut at $30 and a long or thick cut at $50. Scissor and color prices can rise for long or thick hair or for extra product or time, so clients can ask about pricing before a service starts. Head spa scalp treatments and clarifying treatments are also available.

Beyond hair, the salon offers massage therapy, including couples massage in a private room, along with skincare, lash and brow services and waxing for the face. Gift cards can be bought online in amounts of $30, $50, $75, $100 or a custom figure, and massage gift cards can be ordered online too. Retail products can also be shopped online.

Not every stylist or service can be booked online, so clients can call 616-377-7778 for other options. The card held at booking keeps the appointment time and is not charged for the service. Clients who are running late should call ahead, and cancellations need to be made by phone within 24 hours. No-shows may be charged a fee, and clients who miss or book large appointments may be asked to pay a non-refundable amount in advance, applied to their next visit.
