Booking happens by calling the salon, which says a phone call is the quickest and most reliable way to schedule. Appointments are recommended. A cancellation policy and a no-show fee both apply, and services running longer than two hours may require a booking deposit. Prices can change without notice, and hair pricing reflects stylist training and experience, hair length and the product needed.

The salon says its stylists attend regular educational classes to keep up with hair trends and techniques. Its lash services include a complimentary patch test consultation for clients who react easily to products; adhesives are tested at the corner of the eye and on the arm, with a day to watch for any reaction. Full lash sets require a booking deposit.

Skin care is built around Dermalogica treatments, which are also sold at retail. The Acne Express menu offers Flash Exfoliation and Blackhead Relief, and other treatments include the Classic Dermalogica Skin Treatment, MediBac Clearing Treatment, Age-Smart Treatment and MicroZone Mini Skin Treatments.

Massage sessions are offered in 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute lengths, with a complimentary hot towel after each one. Add-ons include aromatherapy, back scrub, hot stones and extra foot time, and prenatal massage is available. Sessions of 60 minutes or more may require a 50% deposit, and tipping is left to the guest. The salon describes its massage therapists as state certified.

Bridal services cover bridal party and wedding day hair and makeup, trials, and grooms' services such as a haircut and style, gentlemen's manicure or pedicure, customized facial and therapeutic massage. The salon recommends booking a bridal party four to six months ahead. A $150 deposit reserves the date once a signed Bridal Contract Agreement is returned; it is credited to the bride's account and applies to the wedding day only, not to trials. A 20% gratuity is added to bridal hair and makeup, trials included, and a card must be kept on file. Light food and beverages may be brought in for the party.

According to the salon, it chooses products with care, describing its approach as using the best products for anything applied to guests, and it says it aims to give team members a workplace that supports them personally and professionally.
