The Sweetest Skin Co. was founded in 2009 by Angela Lark and is woman-owned. The studio is at 23550 Lyons Ave., Suite 101, in the Plaza Posada Center in Old Town Newhall. The salon describes itself as Santa Clarita's first sugar hair removal spa.

Sugaring is offered for the face, brows, lip, chest, underarms, back, stomach, decollete, and Brazilian and Manzilian areas, for men, women and teens. The sugar paste is made from lemon juice, water and sugar. Sugaring is done with biodegradable gloves, without sticks, strips or double dipping. Clients can take an over-the-counter pain reliever or use a numbing cream beforehand. Clients can share relevant information at the start of an appointment so the service can be adjusted to them.

On the skin care side, the Customized Geneo Glo2Facial is a three-step oxygen facial built on exfoliation, massage and ultrasound, using oxygenating technology. Bryght skin lightening is a four-step treatment with an LED light wand, and a series of three is recommended; Bryght anal bleaching uses the same products on any area of the body. Vajacial and Fanny Facial are intimate facials offered to address discoloration, ingrown hairs, texture and clogged pores. Other services include premium facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, brow lamination, brow tinting and professional skincare sales. Men's services include customized treatments.

Airbrush tanning comes in a Sjolie signature tan, which develops over about 8 hours in medium or dark shades, and a Sjolie Rapid tan, which fully develops in 2 to 5 hours and should be rinsed off within 5 hours to avoid orange undertones. Both are finished with a finishing powder. Sjolie tans are vegan and paraben free.

The studio offers memberships and packages for monthly and bundled services. Appointments can be cancelled by phone or through Vagaro 24 hours or more before the service; the card on file is charged for missed appointments. The studio operates on a booth rental model and says it welcomes LGBTQIA+ clients and all gender presentations. The salon says it has over 600 five-star reviews across Google, Yelp and Vagaro, and that Santa Clarita Elite Magazine named its airbrush tan the best in Santa Clarita and gave it a 2025 hair removal award.
