The menu blends traditional Japanese head spa methods with modern facial techniques, based on the idea that scalp health, tension in the face and overall well-being are connected. Head spa services are given in a private suite rather than an open floor, and the head spa rituals range from a 45-minute short hair session to a two-hour restoration service that combines a head spa, a facial and a blow dry.

Brows, lashes, waxing and skincare are also offered in the same location. Facials include a Skin Ritual with lymphatic massage, red light and gua sha, as well as a Glow Facial that pairs with brow shaping and tinting. Lash services run from removals and tints through classic, hybrid and volume sets, fills and extended fills, with several fills tied to a time window since the last appointment.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm and on Sunday from 9 am to 4 pm. A Mantra Membership includes one head spa with facial each month, a complimentary blow dry, member pricing, priority booking and a discount on retail products.

The salon describes its services as results-driven and deeply calming, and it uses clean products it selects for their therapeutic properties.
