The salon's hair removal is done entirely by sugaring. The paste is made from sugar, lemon and water, with no chemicals, resins or harsh additives, and it is applied at room temperature. Each client gets a fresh ball of paste worked in by a gloved hand, with no sticks or strips. The salon says sugaring is less painful than traditional waxing because the paste does not adhere to live skin cells, and that it is more sanitary. Clients are asked to leave hair about a quarter inch long and not to trim beforehand.

A visit starts with undressing from the waist down under a draping towel while the technician steps out of the room. Appointments run 10 to 60 minutes depending on the area and hair density, and a first visit can take longer. Menstrual periods do not rule out a service; a tampon is requested during the appointment. The salon recommends returning every four to six weeks.

Skin treatments are offered after hair removal. The Soothing Vajacial is the only one that can be booked on the same day as a waxing service, while the Rejuvenating Vajacial is scheduled one to two weeks after a bikini wax or shave. Membership is $59 per month with no contract and includes one monthly Brazilian, 20% off other services, 10% off retail, $10 enhancements and priority booking.

Hair is removed entirely through sugaring, using a three-ingredient paste applied at room temperature with a gloved hand and a fresh ball for each client.
