The facial menu runs from a 40-minute dermaplaning treatment and a 45-minute mini Korean facial through a 1 hour 15 minute custom facial, which adds exfoliation, extractions, a treatment mask, scalp and shoulder massage and serums. Dermaplaning can be added to the custom facial for a longer 1 hour 30 minute visit. Brightening and clear peels can be added to the custom facial, and a lunchtime option pairs a short mini facial with either peel. The Korean facial is a CO2 treatment with an O2tox peel, and the brightening peel uses lactic acid, kojic acid and bearberry extract.

Waxing covers face, underarm, arm, leg, back, stomach and intimate areas, with the Brazilian and extended bikini services offering a happy trail on request. Brow services include waxing, trimming and tweezing, a tint that gives a henna-like effect, and brow lamination with optional tint and wax, which relaxes the hairs so they can be styled. A tweeze-only option is available for clients who cannot wax because of certain acne medications or Retin-A.

Booking requires an intake and consent form for every waxing, brow lamination and facial service. Clients are asked to avoid retinol and other exfoliants for set periods before brow and peel or facial appointments, and to have grown out their hair for a set length before waxing. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late arrivals may be charged a fee or half the service total. Payment is by Apple Pay, Zelle or exact cash only.

Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in fixed amounts or a custom amount, can be sent by text or email, and can be pooled as a group gift from several contributors. Balances can be checked and cards reloaded on the gift card page.

Each service starts with an intake and consent form and clear prep guidance on exfoliants, retinol and hair length, so the treatment suits the client's skin and hair before it begins.
