Braiding is one of the larger groups on the menu. Options include basic braids, men's braids, braided styles, braid takedown, twists, crochet and knotless braids, with braided styles for beginner braiders priced lower than the main braided styles. Men's braided hair styles are also offered, along with a knotless model service that requires a $50 deposit.

Hair services extend beyond braids to customization, coloring, styling, touch-ups, quick styles, ponytails, quick weaves, sew-ins, silk presses, bob and blunt cuts, and wig work including restoration, installs and construction. Locs are handled separately, with loc styles, retwists, butterfly locs, soft or faux locs and starter locs.

Nail services range from manicures and pedicures to soak-offs, fills, gel X, poly gel, overlays and fullsets in several lengths. Press-on nail prices depend on length, style and designs. Babydoll nail services are offered for children ages 1 to 11, and the menu also includes lash and brow services and makeup from natural doll glam through bridal and funeral makeup.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 9:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 9:30 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Walk-ins are accepted. Bookings require a deposit paid at the time of booking, which can be sent through Cash App, with other options available on request. Clients are asked to read the booking site or the Instagram policy highlight before booking.
