Sugaring is done with a paste made of sugar, lemon juice and water, which the studio describes as 100% natural. The paste is applied at body temperature and is water soluble, so cleanup is simple. It is molded against the direction of hair growth and then removed in the direction of growth, which is the mold and flick technique the studio uses. Services are grouped into sugaring hair removal and facials and body treatments, and range from small areas like the lip and neck to full legs, arms and a full Brazilian or Manzilian.
The facial menu includes the Brazacial, a treatment for the bikini and Brazilian area aimed at ingrown hairs, acne-prone skin and hyperpigmentation, offered in bikini add-on, mini and full versions. The Refresh Mini Facial is a 30-minute facial with a double cleanse, exfoliation, mask, serums and moisturizer. The Lovely Wild Facial is a customized 60-minute facial that includes facial fusion massage and upper body massage. The Clarifying Backfacial is a 45-minute back treatment for back acne and clogged pores that includes extractions and a foot massage.
The studio describes itself as radically inclusive and judgement-free, and states that it is LGBTQ+ affirming and gender inclusive. It welcomes body features such as rolls, folds, scars, tattoos and hair, and serves clients of every body, gender and skin type. A new-client offer is available for anyone booking a first Brazilian or bikini session. The second session should be booked three to four weeks after the first and is scheduled at the end of the initial appointment. Later appointments may be available on request. The studio also offers sugaring certifications, including a foundational body sugaring course, an advanced sugaring course and an advanced male Brazilian course, and private one-on-one training is available.
Sugaring paste is applied at body temperature and removed in the direction of growth, using a water-soluble formula for easier cleanup.
