The signature Selah + Elm Facial runs 50 minutes and is customized after a detailed skin analysis. Other facial options include the 30-minute Refresh + Go, which adds light extractions and facial massage, and the 50-minute Back Facial, which covers cleansing, exfoliation, a mask, steam, hot towels and massage on the back. Hydradermabrasion is a 40-minute water-based resurfacing treatment followed by serums, light steam and massage. Between the Foils is a 15-minute treatment done while a client's hair color processes, offered with a breakout-focused or a collagen and aging option; it comes with 10% off the next Selah + Elm Facial and is available only with participating stylists.

Brow and lash services include brow waxing with mapping and shaping, a brow wax with hybrid tint, brow lamination, brow lamination with a lash lift and tint, and a lash lift with deep tint. Lamination and lift results typically last 6 to 8 weeks, depending on lash cycle and aftercare for the lash services. Waxing is available for lip, chin, brow, underarm, arms and legs, and the body menu includes the Selah Body Ritual, a 30-minute warm-oil massage with optional heat and gua sha.

Appointments follow a few set rules. Cancellations and reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows may be charged the full amount. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 or $200 values or in a custom amount, and all gift card sales are final. The State of Grace membership is $99 per month on a three-month term. It includes a Selah + Elm Facial, a choice of one brow, lip or chin wax, 50% off one facial enhancement and 10% off retail skincare. Members book the same way as other clients, and their benefits are applied automatically at checkout.

Each facial is shaped around a skin analysis, and the studio treats skincare and attentive care as one experience rather than separate services.
