The spa describes its approach as combining newer and traditional spa therapies, both rooted in the mineral water. Treatments draw on that setting in several ways: hot mineral baths in private soaking rooms, quartz bed treatments that use heated ground quartz and amber, and salt cave halotherapy sessions. The spa has 15 treatment rooms for massages, facials and body treatments, and twenty-two private mineral baths, where a visit runs 15 minutes and clothing is optional.

Guests can add the amenity areas to a visit. These include a eucalyptus steam room, a menthol inhalation sauna, aromatherapy showers, a full fitness center, a resort-style waterfall main pool, a zero-edge mineral pool, two halotherapy salt caves, an Earthing Zone with vibrational loungers and zero-gravity chairs, a grounding room, an acoustic wellness lounge, and a coed lounge. Swimsuits or robes are required in public areas. Amenity access is $135 Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays, and $165 Friday to Sunday and on holidays.

Hair and nail services sit alongside the spa treatments. The hair salon covers cuts, color, highlights, toners, styling, bridal and children's cuts, and Yume scalp treatments. Nail care uses the Gharieni pedicure system with heated neck pads and optional smart goggles. Salon hair and nail services are open to minors with an adult guardian present, while spa services and day passes require guests to be at least 18.

Reservations can be made by phone or online, and advance booking is recommended with a credit card, phone number and email address. Guests are asked to arrive at least an hour before their first appointment and to give 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations. Bridal parties, birthday parties and weekend getaways can be booked. The spa is nonsmoking and nonvaping, and outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Treatments combine newer and traditional spa therapies rooted in the hot mineral spring waters. The IV and vitamin menu is provided through Live Well Clinic, which describes its work as holistic naturopathic medicine.
