Hair is the core of the menu. Cuts are available for short, medium and long hair for men, women and children. Color work includes organic gloss, retouch, ends, correction, full, partial, mini and balayage services, and henna tinting is also offered. Men can book a haircut with color, and beard trims, shaping, beard color and beard treatments.

Skin and hair removal services are a smaller part of the offering. Facials come with a choice of green tea, charcoal, seaweed and aloe vera, or volcanic ash masks. Sugaring is offered as a natural alternative to waxing, made from water, sugar and lemon. A brow specialist service is also available. Sugar scrubs can be ordered for pickup through the Raw Natural Beauty Bar or made in store.

Appointments are required and are made through the Make an appointment button on the website, with a credit card needed to hold a time. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling 48 to 24 hours ahead incurs a fee of 50%, and cancelling within 24 hours means the full amount is charged, though cancellations due to illness carry no fee. Guests with flu-like symptoms within 24 hours of their appointment are asked to reschedule at no cost. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be asked to rebook and pay for the reserved time. Late arrivals can't be accommodated for express services, consultations or services for new guests. Purchases can't be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be cashed out, though some services can be traded for them.
