According to the salon, its work rests on creativity, excellence and connection. Consultations are required before extension installation and corrective color and are suggested before larger color projects like balayage and highlights. Haircuts include a quick clean from $35, clipper and buzz cuts from $45, scissor cuts with clipper work from $65, and scissor cuts with a full style from $70. The haircut price covers a personalized consultation, a professional shampoo and styling. Hair color starts at $85, with pricing depending on complexity, and balayage is charged at $150 per hour including custom color, toner and a blow-dry style. Foil options include full head, half head and mini foil, and root touch-ups can be done root to end with a blow out or haircut. A 5-minute color blending service softens gray without full coverage and lasts up to four weeks. For smoothing and repair, there is a Brazilian Blowout treatment starting at $300, a relaxer from $100 with haircut or blow out billed separately, a $90 deep conditioning treatment with a blow out, a $35 express conditioning treatment that must be booked as an add-on, and split end treatments that can be added to any service. Blow outs are $65, or $81 with curl or flat iron work. Hair extensions use tape-ins, sew-in wefts, beaded wefts, Butterfly Weft extensions and custom clip-ins, with a required consultation and customized pricing that may change without notice.

Skin care is handled by a skincare specialist using DMK, which the salon describes as a skin revision approach, and DMK is the line used for all of its skincare services. New guests start with a skin evaluation and a DMK Nutritional Facial, and the Nutritional Infused Facial runs 90 minutes. Other options include Oxygen Enzyme Therapy, a DMK Alkaline Wash that removes buildup and fine vellus hair when appropriate, and exfoliation and peel options within a personalized program, sometimes after preparatory facials. A 12-week skin treatment program is also available. The salon does not offer HydraFacial-branded treatments or dermaplaning. For makeup, a glam application starts at $100 with false lashes as an add-on, and a 1.5-hour one-on-one lesson is $150, covering skincare prep, foundation matching, contouring, eye makeup and everyday or occasion looks. The team also does hair and makeup for photoshoots, headshots, fashion shoots and commercial productions, and on-location event work in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley.

Bridal services cover hair and makeup for brides, bridal parties and guests. A bridal trial is required before the wedding and its fee is nonrefundable. The salon recommends booking six to twelve months ahead and holds a wedding date with a credit card. Travel to the bride is $110 per artist within Palm Springs city limits, with additional hourly charges outside the city. Bridal services need 48 hours' cancellation notice or the full price is charged, and day-of cancellations are charged in full to the card on file.
