The MediSpa is presented under the name Aesthetic Connection MediSpa. Its menu includes Xeomin priced by the unit or as a 50-unit bank, the dermal fillers Belotero, Versa and Radiesse, basic and upgraded microneedling, VI Peel treatments and a PRF under-eye treatment. The business describes its MediSpa as the most generous medical spa experience in California, offering quality at an accessible price with exclusive savings for members. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment. Because treatments end at the scheduled time, a late arrival may mean a shortened service. Gratuities are not included in service prices. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a service are charged 50% of the treatment amount, and no-shows or clients who do not call to cancel are charged the full amount. Gift certificates are available and can be picked up by calling ahead or visiting the salon.

Wedding and special occasion bookings are made by phone rather than online. A credit card is required to hold a wedding date, and a trial is required before a wedding; the trial fee is non-refundable. Day-of wedding cancellations are charged in full to the bride. Stylists or makeup artists who stay for touch-ups are charged an hourly rate. Travel to clients is available for a fee starting at $150, charged regardless of distance, and photoshoot pricing is available on request.
