The Spa at II Creeks opened in 2000 and sits in a suite in Richardson. The spa describes its aim as a relaxed, comfortable and elegant place to be treated. The space has a water wall, low lighting, soft music and fountains, and there are two individual infrared dry saunas plus three quiet rooms for resting before, between or after appointments.

Treatment rooms come in three types: massage rooms that can hold one person, two people or be used for body treatments; facial rooms; and a nail area that serves two clients at a time. Clients usually undress and dress in private in the room where they are treated. A one-hour service leaves time for a short consultation and for undressing and dressing, so the hands-on portion runs a full 60 minutes. Clients can request a male or female provider, and treatments are adjusted to each client's needs.

The menu is broad. Facials range from quick targeted treatments to longer resurfacing and anti-aging sessions, with a dual cleanse on every facial and a Clarisonic brush used in the second step. Massage runs from relaxation and therapeutic work to hot stone, bamboo, Lomi Lomi, cupping, pregnancy massage and four-handed sessions. Nail services cover manicures, pedicures, paraffin, dipped nails and Shellac. Waxing, brow and lash tinting, body wraps and sugar scrubs, reflexology, Reiki, and several men's packages round out the list. The spa says its licensed massage therapists, estheticians and nail specialists are chosen for experience, and it reports several local awards, including Best of Richardson for 2020 through 2024.

Practical details: a processing fee applies to credit card payments and an eco fee is added to bookings. Zelle, Venmo, cash and checks are accepted. Rooms can be rented to outside practitioners by email. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 11 am to 7 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9:30 am to 7 pm, Friday 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm.
