Lash appointments start with a consultation on the client's lifestyle, eye shape and comfort level, so each set is built around the individual. Styles can be requested as wispy, natural or dramatic, and the lineup runs from classic single-extension sets to bolder volume and mega volume looks. Refills and one-week touch-ups are available between full sets, and the salon recommends a refill every one to two weeks to keep sets full. Lash lifts curl natural lashes, with or without tint, and the salon says a lift and tint typically lasts about six to eight weeks.

The facial menu covers six treatments, from a 60-minute cleanse, exfoliation, mask and massage facial to 90-minute treatments that include a double cleanse, extractions and LED light therapy. Clear Calm Facial is aimed at breakouts and redness, Pretty Kitty VaJacial is a facial for ingrowns, texture and tone, and 24K Gold Facial is the top-priced option. High Frequency and a Chemical Pro Power Peel are available as add-ons. Facials are offered to all skin types and all genders, and the studio recommends a visit every four to six weeks.

Waxing covers the face, brows, body, back and arms, with services priced by area and timed from 10 minutes to one hour. The studio says waxing is done gently with soothing products and is offered to all body types. Clients are asked to exfoliate gently 24 to 48 hours beforehand and to keep hair at least a quarter inch long.

Booking is done online through the Gloss Genius portal, which also offers Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. The studio carries authorized Dermalogica clinical skincare and sells Bushbalm products.

Lash sets are customized to each client's lifestyle, eye shape and comfort, and waxing is performed gently with soothing products.
