Brow services include custom-blended brow tints that last up to four weeks, a hybrid tint option that lasts longer on the hair, plant-based henna tinting, brow sculpting with optional mapping, and brow lamination that lifts and shapes natural brows for up to eight weeks. Lash services include lash tinting, the Korean lash lift, which adds a curl from the root, and the Lash Lift Reset for lashes lifted elsewhere or at home. Bundles pair lash or brow work together for a set price.

The facial menu ranges from the Lumiere Glow, where new clients begin, to the Cloud, which the salon describes as a client favorite and signature facial. Other options include a hydrofacial-style treatment with no downtime according to the salon, Dew and Renew combining diamond-tip microdermabrasion with hydrodermabrasion, the Skin Renewal peel for signs of aging, The Calm for ultra-sensitive or rosacea-prone skin, The Healer as a corrective acne facial, and the Signature Back Facial. Add-on enhancements cover waxing for most areas of the face and body, LED light therapy in six light colors, extractions, scalp and hand massage, and high frequency.

Clients must be 18 or older, or 16 with a parent or guardian present, and children are not permitted at appointments. A non-refundable deposit secures a booking and is applied to the total. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Facial clients are asked to arrive without makeup or skincare on and to wear daily SPF 30 or higher afterward. A referral program gives 20% off a service to a referred friend and 20% off the referring client's next service after the friend's visit; it cannot be combined with other promotions and applies to services only.

Treatments blend high-performance work with a calm, sensory experience.

The space is lit gently and scented with calming aromas. Towels are warmed before use, and background music plays during appointments.
