Every visit can start with a consultation, which is complimentary and can cover the process, upkeep and cost of a new look. All first-time color clients are asked to come in for a consultation before booking color. Transformation haircuts, for a dramatic change, include extra time for consultation and styling instruction.
Toner, gloss and Vivids vary with hair length and thickness, and base color can rise with hair length, thickness and the amount of product used. Highlight prices do not include gray coverage, base color or added glossing, toning or overlays, which the stylist sets during consultation. Cancellations or changes should be requested at least 24 hours ahead, and late cancellations may incur a fee. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule. Opened or used products are final sale, and gift cards are available with balances that can be checked online. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed on Sunday and Monday.
Color work begins with a consultation, which is complimentary and required for first-time color clients.
