The signature offerings center on dimensional and face-frame blonding, a fully customized Shaded Signature Blonding that the salon says lasts 10 or more weeks, and the New Guest Package, which combines color or foiling with a haircut and blowout in one appointment. The Scalp Renewal Ritual opens with a hair and scalp analysis using a triscope and includes a detox scalp massage and a micro mist. Extensions, including wefts and K-tips, begin with a consultation for color matching, method, maintenance and a personalized quote. Consultations are offered for new guests, major changes and extension planning.

Guests can wait in a dedicated area with complimentary beverages and snacks during their appointment. The salon uses professional products that it selects, tests and guarantees, and it does not use client-supplied hair color, extensions or outside professional products.

Booking policies ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Changes made with less notice may carry a fee of 50 percent of the scheduled total. A missed appointment without notice counts as a no-show, and future bookings are not allowed if no contact is made. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or be seen by another stylist, and the original price may still apply. Re-do requests should be raised within 24 hours; the salon offers a complimentary adjustment when appropriate but does not give refunds. Gratuity can be paid to the stylist in cash, by Venmo or by Zelle.
