The team aims to combine technical expertise with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Every appointment begins with a personalized consultation. Listed prices are starting prices and can vary by stylist based on experience, hair length, density and the result wanted. Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead guarantees a preferred time. Appointments can be booked online through Meevo with instant confirmation and flexible rescheduling, or by phone or text during salon hours. The salon is open Tuesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Extensions are a major focus. Hand-tied wefts are sewn onto a beaded foundation with no glue or tape, tape-ins use medical-grade adhesive tape and can be reused with proper care, and K-tips are fused using a heat method. Extension hair is 100% human hair, described as ethically sourced, and is dyed at the appointment to match the client. Quotes depend on length, color and amount of hair, so a complimentary consultation is required before booking.

Permanent cosmetics are done with premium vegan pigments and single-use sterile needles, and clients receive an aftercare kit and written instructions. A topical numbing agent is used during procedures. The salon describes its sanitation as hospital-grade. Consultations are recommended but not required, and scar camouflage, scalp micropigmentation, areola restoration and plasma pen fibroblasting each require a consultation first. A patch test is recommended for clients with known allergies.
