The team includes more than fifteen stylists: three owners and educators, six senior and master stylists, three stylists, and three associates and coordinators. The salon is education-focused, with ongoing training for stylists in cutting, coloring and treatment methods and hands-on training for recent graduates. Its Want to be our model program offers complimentary or discounted services in exchange for modeling at educational classes.

Every visit starts with a complimentary consultation, and every haircut and color service is guided by one. The aim is an honest look at what hair can achieve, and each appointment is tailored to the guest's hair, lifestyle and goals. Prices shown are starting rates, and the final quote is confirmed at the appointment or consultation. Hair extensions and color correction are quoted at consultation, since final quotes depend on hair length, density and complexity.

Pricing is level-based across five levels: Stylist, Senior Stylist, Master Stylist, Educator and Education Director. The salon says each level reflects experience, specialization and demand, and that stylists set their own individual pricing. Cut & Style starts at $53 and goes up to $77 by level, and Brazilian Blowout ranges from $267 to $291. Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows, and calling ahead to confirm is recommended. Reservations of two hours or longer require a $100 deposit, credited in full toward the service. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean rescheduling, and credit card transactions carry a 3% fee. Email requests are reviewed by staff and do not count as appointments, while contact form requests receive a reply within one business day. The salon is open Tuesday to Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and closed Sunday and Monday.

Consultations come before services, with the aim of an honest assessment of what hair can achieve. Recommendations, including color formulas and smoothing treatments, are guided first by long-term hair health.
