Scalp facials are the core of the menu. The Salty Crown Signature is $190, and the Signature Express is $145 for returning clients. The Tiny Tide is $85 for children ages 4 to 13, and a parent or guardian must stay for the full appointment. Poseidon's Revival is a $175 men's facial that includes facial and beard care. The Deep Sea Detox and The Mermaid's Secret are each $240 corrective scalp therapies, with the Deep Sea Detox beginning with a Beacon AI scalp analysis and the Mermaid's Secret aimed at hair growth and density. The Ocean Glow Duo is a 90-minute visit at $250 pairing a 60-minute scalp facial with a 30-minute mini facial, and the Ocean Glow Duo Express is $205 for returning clients. Clients fill out a consultation form before a scalp facial. They may arrive with unwashed hair, since the scalp is cleansed during treatment, though for an accurate scalp reading they are asked to arrive with hair at least two days unwashed. Late arrivals may receive a shorter session because later clients are booked after them.

Advanced Scalp Therapies include the Beacon AI Scalp Analyzer, a $25 add-on that uses imaging and AI analysis to assess scalp and hair health and track changes over time in about 15 minutes. The Scalp Restoration Consultation costs $130, and that fee is applied toward a treatment program if the client goes ahead. Juvasonic with exosomes or growth factors is a non-invasive ultrasonic treatment priced from $150, with pricing set at consultation, and a consultation is required first to determine candidacy. Treatments use filtered mineral-rich water from a K8 ionizer, which the salon says produces alkaline water, and an Anespa mineral spa system that infuses water with minerals and stones.

Hand-tied extensions are installed with the Invisible Bead Method, and each install includes a custom blend haircut. A one-row install starts at $600 and adds volume and 1 to 2 inches of length, while a two-row install starts at $1,400 and adds volume and length. Maintenance visits every 6 to 8 weeks cost $200 for one row and $375 for two rows, and a style is included with move-up appointments. Clients booking a scalp facial with extension maintenance receive 15% off the facial. Women's haircuts are $100 and include a customized cut, blowout and style, with a $85 cut add-on when booked with another service and a $40 blowout or style add-on. Deep conditioning includes a wash and a treatment tailored to hair needs, with a blowout available as an upgrade.

Memberships come with a three-month minimum commitment and renew monthly unless canceled. Tiers include The King's Crown at $150 (designed for men, with scalp care plus facial and beard support), The Nourished Crown at $165 (one Salty Crown Signature facial each month), The Golden Crown at $215 (monthly choice between Deep Sea Detox and Mermaid's Secret) and The Queen's Crown at $225 (a scalp facial and a customized mini facial each month). Members receive $25 off each qualifying scalp facial, 15% off retail products and priority booking for recurring appointments. A credit card on file secures appointments and is charged only for cancellation or no-show fees, which are 100% of the service cost when an appointment is missed or not canceled by phone. The salon is open Monday and Friday 10AM to 7PM, Tuesday and Thursday 9AM to 4PM, Wednesday and Saturday 9AM to 5PM, and Sunday 10:30AM to 6:30PM.
