The studio is owned and run by Kaleen, who works as its lash and brow artist. It has been serving clients since 2020 and sits in a private studio inside a salon suite. Clients come from Carlsbad, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Cardiff and nearby North County communities. The studio describes itself as a luxury lash and brow experience.

Lash extensions are custom-made to each client's eye shape, desired style and daily routine, in styles that include Angel, Wispy, Color, Classic, Hybrid and Volume. A full set can last up to eight weeks, and a fill every two to three weeks is suggested to keep the look full. A fill needs at least 40 to 50 percent of the extensions still in place, and fills more than 28 days after the last visit are charged as a full set. For clients who want a lift rather than extensions, the Silk-Infused Lash Lift curls natural lashes for six to eight weeks and finishes with a warm towel lash bath. Lash Tint darkens natural lashes without mascara, and Lash Lift + Tint pairs the two. Extensions are removed by hand, without remover, before a lash lift.

Brow services cover lamination, tinting, and shaping by wax or tweezing. Silk-Infused Brow Lamination takes about 45 to 60 minutes and includes gentle shaping and light styling. Brow Tint takes about 20 to 30 minutes, with a cleanse, brow mapping, a custom-blended tint and a cooling under-eye mask. Brow Deluxe combines lamination, tint and a Hydro Jelly Mask. The studio notes that brow tint can last two to three weeks on the hair and up to seven days on the skin, and it recommends rebooking brow lamination every six to eight weeks.

Face waxing here is stripless and uses hard wax, while body waxing uses a gentler hard wax. Before an appointment, hair should be at least a quarter inch long, and exfoliants should be avoided for five to seven days beforehand. Bikini and Brazilian waxing are not offered. The Full Face Wax covers the nose, the front of the neck, the jaw, sideburns, cheeks, chin, lips, brows and the forehead edge. The Wax + Mask Experience adds a cooling Hydro Jelly Mask.

Booking is by call, text or email. New clients pay a $45 deposit when booking, and booking requests are approved within about 24 hours. Same-day visits and walk-ins are not guaranteed, especially in the evening. Early morning and evening VIP appointments carry a $50 booking fee on top of the service total, and are open to existing clients. Pre-paid packages are offered, including First Light, Lasting Light and Glow Steady. Those packages are non-transferable, service-based and not eligible for other discounts.

The studio gives each appointment more time than is typical so cleansing, mapping and application are not rushed, and services are customized to each client.

A private studio with curtains and window tint, though some visibility into the suite remains.
