New clients can book a free 30-minute consultation to talk through which services suit them. Clients who already have extensions from another artist can book a 90-minute foreign fill to bring them up to date.
The facial menu includes microdermabrasion, a pumpkin peel, a mandelic peel, a C:Vitality peel with AHA, glycolic, lactic and ascorbic acids, and a TCA peel that is built up in layers and charged per layer. Ionized oxygen infused facials are offered to help serums absorb. Microneedling options range from a standard face treatment to a PDRN microneedling facial with red light LED therapy and an exosome-based treatment using a Dermodality product.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, and clients with more than two no-shows are charged the full fee for future missed appointments.
Lash extensions typically last about two to four weeks. The business advises keeping them dry for 24 hours after application.
